大众化教育背景下的高校就业指导模式初探

高等教育进入大众化教育阶段后,大学生“就业难”问题日益突出。不断探索和完善就业指导工作,对大学生进行恰当的就业指导,实现大学生的充分就业,成为我们的一项重要课题。在此背景下,以构建新的就业指导模式为目的,从分析现状入手,尝试找到符合现实与发展需要的就业指导新思路。

When higher education comes into popularization,the difficulty of employment for college graduates becomes increasingly serious.For us,it's an important subject to probe and perfect guidance of their employment and to get them em- ployed copmletely.Against this background,by analysing the situation,in order to build a new form of the guidance in getting employment,we'll try our best to find a way that conforms to reality and future.
