摘要
即兴舞是舞蹈工作者的一项基本功,是激发创作灵感的基本途径,对培养舞者的兴趣和信心,启发其灵感,解放其肢体有着非常重要的作用,我们要积极探索如何学好即兴舞。
As an essential technique and basic way to stimulate inspiration,impromptu dancing plays an important role to cultivate dancers' interest,confidence and free the body.Therefore we should explore how to learn impromptu dancing well actively.
