It exists the necessary connection between constructing harmonious society and developing higher education.And they are mutual promotion.The former provides good external condition to the development of higher education;the latter trains excellent talents for the former.Developing modern education must set modern college concept,persist innovation of education,realize justice of education,deal with the relation among justice,efficiency,scale,quality,benefit,college,teachers,students and so on.
