我国政治文明建设的内外环境分析

从外部环境看,我国政治文明面对经济全球化和世界政治民主化两大发展趋势,各国综合国力竞争亦日趋激烈,它的建设必须融入其中才能在创新中生存、发展;从国内环境讲,21世纪的中国开始了现代化进程中全面建设小康社会和社会主义和谐社会的新征程,政治文明必须在这一进程中发挥更强大的功能。

This paper attempts to discuss the macro-environment of our political civilization construction.From the view of external environment,two development trends of economic globalization,worldwide political democracy and ever intense competition of comprehensive national power requires its construction to mix together with them to survive and develop in innovation;In terms of internal environment,China of 21st century has started to build a well-off and a socialist harmonious society on its way to modernization,during which political civilization must perform more powerfully.
