论大学生就业中的“马太效应”及其成因、对策分析

On "Matai effect " of college students' employment and analysis of reasons and countermeasures

现阶段经济社会发展的特点、高等教育发展现状以及劳动力市场上供需双方的认知心理特点及大学毕业生自身综合素质、能力的差异造成了大学生就业过程中的“马太效应”,增加了大学毕业生总体的就业难度,极易造成社会的不稳定。应从构建现代化社会流动模式、加大政府宏观调控,调整高等教育结构,引导劳动力供需双方树立正确观念、引导大学生提高素质能力三个方面着手解决这一问题。

Characteristics of socio-economic development of the present stage,the current situation of higher education,the characteristics of both sides of workforce's supply and demand in the labor market and the difference of qualities and abilities the graduate's one's own overall having have caused'Matthew effect'of university students obtaining employment.It not only have increased the degree of difficulty of graduate's total employment,but aslo extremely apt to cause the unstability of the society.In order to solve this problem,we should structure the modernized mode of society flow,strengthen government's macro adjustments and controls,adjust the higher education structure,lead both sides of workforce's supply and demand to establish the correct idea and lead university students to improve their qualities and abilities.
