摘要
学校德育实效性的提高,是道德教育研究的重点,也是难点。教师,作为学校德育实施主体和学生最重要的道德榜样,其自身的言行举止、行为示范对学生最具有感染力,对提高学校德育实效性具有重要作用。教师要十分注意自己的言行举止,注重自身的思想道德修养和思想道德水平的提高,并在道德教育过程中转变德育观念和教师角色,改变教学方法。
It is important to study how to improve the school moral education.However,the work is difficult.As the main carrier of school moral education and students' most important moral model,teachers' own actions and demonstrations have an important influence to students.That is to say,teachers play a key role on improving the actual effect of the school moral education.Thus,teachers should pay more attention to their own actions and demonstrations.At the same time,They should change their moral conceptions,roles and methods in the course of moral education.
