摘要
高校聘任制改革是一项系统而复杂的工程。实施聘任制以来,虽然在教学、科研、师资队伍建设、学科建设等方面起到了积极的作用,但随着改革的深入,我国现行的聘任制急需进一步完善,即实行真正意义上的聘任制。这项工作的开展,需要具备一定的前提条件,需要与人事制度等方面改革同步,才能真正推进高等学校的全面改革和发展。
Reform of employment system in colleges is a systematic and complicated project.Employment system has played a positive role in teaching,scientific research,teaching staff construction and disciplinary construction since it was carried out,while the current employment system is urgently to be perfected further with our deep going reform,that is,employment system with its true essence is to be adopted for which certain premises are expected and such reform with personnel system reforms should go hand in hand.Only in this way,can comprehensive reform and development in colleges be deepened in a real sense.
