摘要
中国企业必须加强营销队伍的建设与管理,从营销人员的选拔,系统的培训,到日常管理,都离不开科学规范的标准和体系,只有这样,才能培养和提高营销人员的工作能力和营销绩效,为企业实现经营目标奠定良好的基础。
Chinese enterprises must strengthen the training and management of sales employees.Scientific standard and system is necessary for selecting,training and managing them.By do so,fostering and improving their ability and marketing achievement to lay the foundation for realizing running goals.
