随着市场经济国际化趋势的迅猛发展,我国企业在国际市场中的竞争能力不断增强,但企业自主创新和知识产权管理能力不足的现象也普遍存在。在全球性知识产权保护范围不断扩大、保护力度不断增加、保护水平不断提高的形势下,我国对知识产权人才的需求量迅猛增加,而人才培养的步伐却滞后于人才需求形势的发展。本文将对我国目前知识产权人才的需求和培养情况进行分析,提出浅显的认识供参考。

With the rapid development of international tendency of market economy.Competitive ability of enterprises in international market is strengthened continuously.But the common phenomena are short of the ability of autonomous innovation and management of knowleday property.Under the situation widening protection scope,increasing protection measures and improving protection standard,the pace of training talents can't keep up with the increase of demands.The paper analyses the situation of demands and training,and provides a little recognition for reference.
