摘要
社会主义新农村建设是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,是一项涵盖农村经济、政治、文化、社会发展的内容丰富的系统工程。要扎实推进新农村建设,必须凝聚共识、明确发展阶段和重点、培育成熟主体、探索多种发展模式以及不断完善机制,形成合力。
As a significant historical task during Chinese modernization process,construction of new socialist countryside is a systematic project with abundant connotation covering rural economy,politics,culture and social development.In order to push forward new countryside construction,the following are the must: condensing common understanding;making development stage and emphasis clear;cultivating mature subjects;exploring multi development patterns and keeping on perfecting system.
