市场主体道德自律问题探讨

摘要 道德自律是道德主体的一种自主、自愿、自觉的活动,是人们以理性对自身之外的道德规范的确证与认同,并使之转化为自己内心的法则和行为准则。道德自律意识的增强,是以德治国实现的基础。随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善,以市场为导向的新的社会主义道德体系和道德规范的形成,道德素质的提高,更加需要市场主体的道德自律。 As a kind of willing,voluntary and self-determined behavior of moral subject,self-discipline of morality is human confirmation and identification to moral norm which is outside oneself in a rational way and further it will be transformed into rules and code of conduct in one's inner heart.Strengthening the sense of moral self-discipline is basic to realize the aim of running a country with morality.Moral self-discipline of market subject is more urgent with the establishment and perfection of socialist market economic system,the building of new socialist moral system and standard which is market-oriented and the improvement of moral quality.
