摘要
教师素质是教师稳固的职业品质,它是以人的先天禀赋为基础,通过科学教育和自我提高而形成的具有一定时代特点的思想、知识、能力等方面的身心特征和职业修养。在信息社会中,教师素质包括良好的思想品德素质、完善的知识素质、较强的能力素质、创新意识、健康的心理素质、美好的外在素质等六个方面。
Teachers' quality is firm professional character of teachers.It,based on human nature,is produced by scientific education,self-improving with certain ideas,knowledge and capacity of the time,in our information society teachers' quality is composed of the followings;fine ideological morality;perfect knowledge system;tremendous capacity;ability to innovate;healthy mentality and body and excellent appearance.
