山东民营经济发展现状及对策

近年来,山东民营经济发展迅速,但同时也存在经营观念落后、研发能力弱、企业规模不大等问题。对此,政府要更新观念,从软、硬两方面为民营经济的发展创造良好的发展环境;民营经济自身也要完善企业内部管理模式,强化外向发展模式,共同将山东民营经济做大、做强。

In recent years,private economy develops fast,but the operation ideas,sometimes,are backward,such as poor ability in researching and producing,small size of the firms,etc.For these,to make private economy in Shandong more powerful and larger scale,the government should renew sense and better the circumstances for the development of private economy,and private economy itself should improve its internal management pattern,strengthen export oriented economy.
