在我们大量的进出口贸易实践中,常会出现倒签提单的现象,那么什么是倒签提单,倒签提单的法律性质是什么,会产生什么样的法律后果,我们又该如何预防倒签现象呢?本文对此进行论述。
In the practice of export trade,the phenomenon of anti-signing bill of lading often emerges.What is the anti-signing bill of lading? What is its legal nature? What is the legal consequences? And how do we prevent it? The paper will analyses these questions.
