对青少年进行法制教育的思考

法律具有极强的政治性、思想性、理论性和知识性,一个低文化素质的公民要有较强的法制观念是不可想象的。因此,对青少年进行单纯的法制教育,难以达到预期的目的。必须结合文化素质教育,提高他们的文化素质,使得他们对民主、法制理论有了系统的理解,才可以收到良好的效果。

Law bears deep features of politics,thoughts,theory and knowledge.It is not imaginable for a citizen with low cultural quality to have strong legal awareness.Therefore,pure education of legal system can not fulfill the desired goals.In order to achieve better results,we should combine culture quality education with legal system education and improve their culture quality to make them comprehend democracy and legal system in a systematic way.
