大学新生道德差异及其道德培养

大学新生从不同的地域和家庭环境来到大学,加之应试教育追求高分,学子们的道德素养有很大的差异。高校思想政治教育工作者,要针对新生思想道德的差异,设计真实道德教育,贴近学生的生活实际,符合学生的道德认识水平,在道德实践活动中培养大学生的道德素质。

Coming from different areas and family backgrounds with the pressure of exam-orientated education to pursue high marks,freshmen vary greatly from one to another in morality.Ideological educationalists in universities should work out factual moral education in accordance with moral difference among freshmen,approach students' practical life,conform to students' moral understanding level and cultivate their moral quality in moral practices.
