Uncertainty of law is caused by imperfection of language,limitation of cognition,variety and complexity of society,difference of everyone's ability and legislative technique.Pursuit of Certainty of law is holy duty and obligation of us lawmen.Legal interpretation is the pass to certainty of law,where,definitely,there are three main path.Realizing effectiveness of legal interpretation is the formal criterion that judges certainty of law.Improve people's quality who apply law,and ensure judge's indepedence.
