大学生自主学习问题浅议

大学生的自主学习能力,不仅有利于大学生主动驾驭自己的学习活动,而且有利于激发自己的主观能动性和创新精神。社会对大学生的素质要求是:具有专博结合、文理兼容的知识,能够掌握当今社会发展的前沿信息和动态的复合型、技能型的实用人才。大学生要想成为社会所期望的人才,就要按照社会对人才素质的要求,找准适合自己发展的社会定位,按照自己所期望的成才模式,自主学习,自主构建合理的知识结构和能力结构,主动地去获取知识、锻炼能力、提高素质。

Autonomous learning ability of college students is not only beneficial for them to manage their own learning activities,but helpful to stimulate their subjective initiative and innovative spirit.The social expectations to college students' quality is: knowledge combining specialty and wide learning,art and science;compound and practical talents who are capable of grasping the latest information and trends of current social development.To be talents that are qualified for social demand,college students should fulfill the follows: firstly, they should orientate accurately their own social role which is suitable to develop based on social requirement of talent quality;secondly,according to the talent pattern meeting their own expectations,they should learn autonomously and construct reasonable framework of knowledge and ability autonomously to acquire knowledge,practice ability and improve quality actively.
