论学生组织在和谐校园建设中的功能变迁和现实选择

在我国各高校贯彻落实科学发展观、建设和谐校园的背景下,校园学生组织的功能正在发生着渐进式的变化,呈现出学生主体性增强,学生组织自我教育与自我服务功能强化、自我管理功能弱化,情感支持作用强化、规范约束作用弱化等趋势和特点。学生组织面临着学生需求多元化、凝聚力下降、成员关系难于调适等新的问题和挑战。建设和谐型学生组织,为学生组织营造良好的生态环境,是推动学生组织在加强和改进大学生思想政治教育中充分发挥作用的现实选择。

Under the condition that universities in China are carrying out the idea of humanist scientific development and constructing harmonious campus,the functions of students' organizations are changing gradually,with the features that the system of students oriented intensified,the self-education and self-service functions of students' organizations reinforced,the function of self-management weaken,the function of emotion supporting reinforced,the function of standard and restriction weaken.Students' organizations are facing the new problems and challenges that the needs of students are multiplex,the cohesion becomes low,the relationship of the mates is complex.Constructing harmonious campus and building a favorable zoology environment is the reality choice in the process forces Students' organizations to intensify and improve Mentality Education sufficiently.
