“法人”一词为德国学者所创。从历史发展看,人格与权利能力是两个不同的概念,两者存在交叉。法人的权利能力与自然人的权利能力一样不受限制。
The word of was created by German scholars.See from the history development,personality and right ability are two different concepts,both exist to cross.The right ability of the legal person and the natural person are similar to be free from restriction.
