摘要
理论的生命力取决于是否能够抛弃空洞的普遍性。教师的发展应该把握主体的目的性,并在质量上下真正的功夫,并体现在具有直接的现实意义和具体收效上。本文作者另辟蹊径,运用辩证法原理,通过指出单一结构的教师发展模式的弊端,劝导读者展开对发展策略的负面的研究,勇于摒弃模式化的东西,以探求科学的多元化的教师发展之路。
The vitality of theory lies in the fact without the void and universal agreement.What we emphasize on the teachers' development means that we must focus on the aim of developing the sense of quality standard as well as the direct potency on the practice.The writer in the article tries to seek some other ways with the help of dialectics to analyze the defects in the matrix of teachers' development and encourage the teachers who are doing research in this field.We hold the view that after having diversified our ways in the probe,the teachers' development will have the real efficiency.
