The paper introduces the design techniques of management information system Based on the Mixed Model of C/S & B/S, and explores the application of integrating C/S & B/S to the system development according to needs of the system. Other aspects, such as: System demonstrating, scheme selecting, the topological structure of network and designing techniques and skills, function and characteristic of the system etc, are also discussed in detail in this paper.
