民办本科教育特色建设要以教学质量为基础,以实用为方向,以形成学生独特的知识和能力结构为目标。在办学特色的建设中,既要尊重实践,重视积累和沉淀,也要有所作为,主动去研究、发现和培育办学特色,并在政策、经费和师资三个方面提供切实的保障。

Establishment of specialties for private university education should base on the teaching quality, should be leaded by application, and should be guided by the objective of forming student’s knowledge and ability structure. In the process of building up specialties, we should respect practice; value past experiences and also should actively search, identify and cultivate specialties, in the mean while, we should guarantee with policy, finance and teacher resources support.
