本文分析了民办高等教育所具有的长期持续发展的巨大潜力,预测了发展规模,明确数量型增长是当前民办高等教育发展中亟待解决的主要问题,提出了全面贯彻落实科学发展观是实现民办高等教育内涵式发展的根本保证。

This paper analyzes the enormous potential of the long-term sustainable development of private higher education, and predicts the size of its development. It. also. specifically points out that the quantitative growth is the key problem in current private higher education development, and suggests that implementing the scientific concept of development in an all-round way is the essential guarantee of actualizing the intensional development of private higher education.
