摘要
我国近年兴起的银行保险业务与国外发达国家的银行保险已经进入第三、四阶段相比,还处于"分销协议"的初级阶段。在进一步全面开展银保合作业务中,保险公司必然面对来自产品开发、营销渠道、法律政策、承保操作等方面的风险。本文对上述背景进行了分析,并根据银行保险的发展模式,结合我国现实,给出了在全面开展银保合作时的路径选择建议。
Compared with the third and fourth stage of the advanced counties’ bancassurance business, the newly introduced bancassurance business in Chinese insurance companies is still on the preliminary "distributing agreement" stage. With the development of the cooperation between banks and insurance companies, the insurance companies surely will be confronted with risks arising from such aspects as: product development; marketing channels; legislation policies; behaviour and conduct issues in practice. This paper analyzes the above mentioned issues. Based on the reality of our country this paper also provides route selection suggestions in bacassurance.
