公寓化住宅所有权人间的团体关系问题探析

An Exploration and Analysis of the Group Interrelations among Condominium Owners

目前我国在物业区域内,因住宅所有杈人间在团体关系中的权利、义务规定不明确, 导致纠纷颇多。本文从比较法角度,探讨了目前我国公寓化住宅业主团体间的团体关系的表现形式, 并对业主与业主大会、业主大会与业主委员会之间的关系问题进行了研究。

At present, in the business of property in China, there are numerous disputes triggered off by the ambiguity of the rights and obligations of the group interrelations among the residential owners. Using the comparative research method, this article probes into the representing form of the group interrelations among condominium owners in the current China, and conducts research on the issue of the ’owner-owners assembly’ relationship and the ’owners assembly-owner committee’ relationship.
