为了解决高速公路联网收费后所产生的资金拆分问题,并提高通行费征收管理水平,通过对高速公路的OD交通量调查以及对各个路段的交通量、出入口交通量、通行费收入的调查研究,确立了高速公路通行费资金拆分的OD交通量法计算模型和步骤,经实践证明,此方法大大提高了工作效率,并具有较强的通用性。

In order to deal with the problem of fund allocation which was caused by integrated charge, and to improve the level of toll management, through investigating to the OD traffic volume of every expressway and to the traffic volume of each highway section, the traffic volume of the entrances and exits, toll income, the calculation model and steps of the expressway toll allocation have been established, this method with strong versatility enhances the efficiency greatly.
