摘要
本文从高职院职能的多样性和教师工作的复杂性出发,提出高职院人事分配制度改革必须具体考虑高职院的不同特点和发展目标,尊重教师职业和学术工作的特性,使高职院人事分配制度改革具有更大的针对性,合理性和有效性.
This article points out the feature and aims of the personnel distribution system reform according to the functions of the colleges and the complexity of the functions. The reform of the distribution reform must consider the different feature and the aims. That is to respect the characteristics of the teaching and academic affairs to make it with more pertinence, and rationality and effectiveness.
