会计技能是会计人员的基本技能,会计技能的培养关系到会计专业学生的就业前途,适应工作环境的能力、独立工作的能力等,高职院校必须进行会计技能的训练。开设《会计技能》实训课程是培养会计专业学生基本技能和动手操作能力的有效途径。《会计技能》实训课程划分为5个能力模块、13个训练单元。专业技能实训应建立仿真实训室,聘请有丰富实践经验的老师,侧重仿真实训,并注重实用性, 同时开展职业道德教育,为社会培养合格的技术应用型人才。

Nowadays, Accountant skills are the fundamental skills of the accountants. the training of the skills relate directly to the job appliance of the students in the major, and the ability to adapt the working environment and the independent work. So the professional colleges should carry out the training. It’s an effective way cultivate the students fundamental major skills and operating skills. This course is divided into 5 ability modules and 13 training units. In order to train students’ major skills training we should set up the imitation training lab, invite the experienced and skillful teachers, we should pay more attention to the training and practicability. At the same time, we should carry out the moral teaching to cultivate the qualified talents with application skills.
