青头菌对大鼠调节血脂及抗氧化作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨云南野生青头菌的调节血脂及抗氧化作用。方法 雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分成4组:正常对照组、高脂对照组、青头菌高剂量组和青头菌低剂量组。后3组给予高脂饲料喂养,同时青头菌高、低2个剂量组每日灌胃给60 0mg/kg、3 0 0mg/kg的云南野生青头菌,连续3 0d。分别测定血脂及抗氧化指标。结果 青头菌高、低剂量组血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL -C)、甘油三酯(TG)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和肝的MDA含量明显低于高脂对照组(P <0 . 0 1) ,而血清的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力明显高于高脂对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 云南野生青头菌具有明显的调节血脂及抗氧化作用。 Objective To study the effects of the wild Russula virescens from Yunnan in blood lipid regulation and antioxidation. Methods The male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, i.e., normal control group, hyperlipidemia control group and high-dosage group, low-dosage group with Russula virescens . High-dosage group, low-dosage group and hyperlipidemia control group were fed on high lipid feed and high-dosage group, low-dosage group were given with 600mg(kg.d)?300 mg(kg.d) of the wild Russula virescens from Yunnan by stomach perfusion for 30 days, respectively. Then the blood lipid and antioxidation were tested. Results The serum content of total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), triglyceride(TG),malondialdehyde(MDA)and the liver content of MDA in high-dosage group, low-dosage group of Russula virescens were significantly lower( P <0.01)than that in hyperlipidemia control group, and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in serum were significantly higher( P <0.05)than that in hyperlipidemia control group. Conclusions The wild Russula virescens from Yunnan has distinct effects on regulation of blood lipid and antioxidation.
