激活素与肾损伤
摘要
激活素(ACT)是炎症介质家族的新成员,属于转化生长因子β(TGF-β)超家族成员。研究表明一定程度的激活素表达有助于损伤修复的正常进行,但其过度表达可能与器官纤维化形成有关。本文就激活素与肾损伤的关系作一综述。
