摘要
文中简要介绍了栅格振荡器的功能和特点。以二端口电路模型对有源栅格振荡器通过负阻等效电路进行了模拟分析,验证了振荡发生的条件,结果与经验分析具有一致性。
In this paper,we briefly introduced the characteristics of various oscillator grids,an negative-resistance equiva- lent model was presented and analyzed for active grid oscillators based on the two-port network theory.This analysis ex- amines oscillation condition and the results is in good agreement with experimental analysis.
