H51q is the 3rd generation PES system that has passed TUV authentication. It adopts QMR structure and is equipped with dual CPU and four micro processors which work synchronously, it communicates with DeltaV control system according to MODBUS protocol, while in order to insure system safety and efficient long time operation, Hirschmann switeh is adopted for constructing safe internet transferring inner-data between the same type systems. The system configuration from H51q to DeltaV and design of operating interface are explained to help, helping readers understand the union design of H51q and DeltaV system and FAT testing process.
