摘要
运用工作流程绘制工具对某宾馆的客户服务系统进行建模,分析并重组该系统模型,提高现有信息系统对企业业务流程的管理和控制。讨论了如何以工作流技术为核心对信息管理系统进行重组,从而使其业务过程的控制逻辑和具体功能相对独立,并达到企业内部物流和信息流传输过程的统一管理和控制,即提高信息系统的兼容性和整体协作性。
Through modeling,analyzing and reengineering the custom-service system,based on the tool of drawing workflow,the paper implements an improvement of ability that the system manages and controls the bussiness process.The paper discusses how to use the workflow technology to reengineer the conventional information system,and then seperates the manipulative logic from the functional realization,and finally achieves a uniform management and control in a substance and information-circulation process,namely,improving the compatibility and collabration.
