摘要
大型热连轧自动化系统是典型的大型复杂系统。该文阐述系统总体设计的原则、系统结构和配置。采用分区隔离、多层子网和主干网相结合,通用以太网与专用快速数据交换网相结合和大量使用现场总线I/O的结构,提高了系统的可靠性和开放性。该文提出的设计思想和设计方法已在多条热连轧生产线上投入使用,取得了成功,获得巨大经济效益和社会效益。系统结构创新是该文的突出之处。
The automation system of large-scale hot strip standem mill is typically large and complex system.The principle of the system design and the system structure as well the system configuration is explained.System reliablity and opening is increased duo to the adoption partition insulates.Many layers subnet combines together with the backone network,Ethernet combines together with the high speed data network,and filedbus.Several systems are designed according to the method and have acquired the economic and social efficiency.Creative system structure is an outstanding place.
