摘要
该文重点研究了聚硅硫酸铝的缓蚀性能,采用旋转挂片失重法考察了聚硅硫酸铝聚合分子量、用量及pH值对其缓蚀性能的影响,对聚硅硫酸铝和与Zn2+的协同作用进行了分析。研究结果表明,当聚硅硫酸铝聚合分子量在6.6×105左右,投加量0.1mL/L时缓蚀率可达54.2%,和Zn2+复配后最佳缓蚀率可达77.6%,两者协同缓蚀作用很好。
In this papes the corrosion inhibitive performance of polysilicate aluminium sulphate was studied.Through the rotary hanged weight losing method,factors affecting the corrosing inhibition were investigated,such as molecular weight,dosage,PH and the concentration of Zn2+.Results show that corrosing inhibition rate reaches 52.4% with the molecular weight of 6.6×10~5 and the dosage of 0.1mL/L.Along with Zn2+,the corrosing inhibition rate reaches 77.6%.
