摘要
我国非营利组织筹资管理的发展方向应当是深化非自创筹资管理、扩大自创收入和拓展筹资渠道;其中扩大自创收入要注重增加经营收入,扩大业务收入总额。非营利组织的资金投放应该合理安排支出结构和深化国有资产管理,并注重成本管理、效益管理和财务管理。
The development trend of the nonprofit organizations in China is to strengthen the self fundraising management,enlarge the self fundraising income,and widen the fundraising way.In the aspect of enlarging the self fundraising income,these organizations should pay attention to the proper arrangement of payout structure and deepening the management of state-owned property,etc.
