基于阿累尼乌丝方程的锌钡白转窑控制实现

Realization of Lithopone Rotary Kiln Control Based on Arrhenius Equation

采用了基于阿累尼鸟丝方程的控制方法,成功实现对某厂锌钡白干燥煅烧转窑生产系统的控制。简述了锌钡白干燥煅烧回转窑的控制难点,然后在“等质量等能量”思想的基础上,建立基于阿累尼乌丝方程的控制式子,介绍了参数辨识过程,并进一步阐述等质量等能量控制的实现。实际的控制效果表明,该控制方法取得较满意的效果,对回转窑的控制具有很大的参考价值。

Aimed at controlling one of Lithopone calcining rotary kiln process systems, a control method based on the arrhenius equation is used, and the control of the kiln is reahzed successfully. Firsdy, the control difficulty of the Lithopone calcining rotary kiln is briefly introduced. Secondly, a control formula, referred to as 'equal mass and equal energy' idea, based on the Arrhenius Equation is developed, and further more, the process of parameter identification and implementation of 'equal mass and equal energy control is introduced. The control results show that this method is fairly satisfactory, and it has good referential value with rotary control.
