摘要
针对数控机床工件恒线速加工时的特殊要求,提出了一种应用于变频调速系统的恒线速控制方法。该方法根据直径变化而自动调整主轴电机转速,以达到恒线速加工的目的,并使用PID算法来实现系统的稳定可靠运行。该控制器具有简单、快速、稳定的特点。将此控制器应用于变频数控机床,明显改善了工件的表面加工质量,以较低的成本大大提高了生产效率,取得了明显的经济效益。
Based on specific demand in machining process, a constant line speed control method is proposed, which is used in variable frequency speed control system. It will automatically adjust rotation speed with the variation of the diameter, and a PID algorithm is designed to ensure the stability and reliability. This controller was utilized to NC machine and improved work efficiently and the surface quality of the work pieces.
