摘要 介绍了攀钢新建板坯连铸2#钢包精炼炉控制系统的构成、功能和特点。控制系统基础自动化级采用电-仪一体控制系统,PLC采用Siemens S7-400系列,集数据采集、操作监视、设备控制与操作等功能于一体,从而保证了各工艺环节的协调性和良好的通讯功能、良好的设备互换性及操作维护。2#精炼炉工程的投产,实现了高效、低耗、优质和多品种的最佳化生产,充分协调了转炉与连铸间的配合生产,增强了连铸生产效能,为攀钢三期工程建设顺利达产提供了保障。 The function and characteristic of No.2 ladle furnace control system are introduced. Electricity-appearance integrative control system is adopted in basic automation control system. Siemens S7-400 series is adopted in PLC, collect the data and gather, operation monito-rance, function that the equipment is controlled and operating, etc. in an organic whole, thus guaranteed the coordination, good communication function, good equipment interchangeability of every craft link and operation maintainance. The operation of No.2 ladle furnace, has realized the optimization production of high-efficiency, low consumption, high-quality and much variety, have fully coordinated the converter and cooperation production while the casting, has strengthened and production efficiency, and provide safeguard for the third stage of engineering construction of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co.
