“三九”条形码在电能计量信息管理中的应用

Application of Three-nine Bar Code in the Power Measurement Information Management System

介绍了电力营销信息管理系统在浙江省电力系统中的普及推广应用。针对管理部门定义的编码方法只是作为电能表的资产流水序号,并不包含电能表的铭牌参数信息,在计量管理信息系统中不能简化繁杂的铭牌参数输入工作的问题,提出了将“三九”条形码应用在计量管理信息系统中的解决方法。介绍了条形码应用的思路和推广的意义,指出了应用过程中要考虑的问题及条码应用系统与管理系统的结合情况。

Power marketing information management system has been widely spread and applied in Zhejiang provincial power industry. But the coding method defined by relevant department is used only for asset accounting of the electricity energy meters and includes no reference information about its name plate, which can't simplify the tedious manual typing of its nameplate information to the energy measuring management information system. Different opinions and solving methods are put forward.
