摘要
针对目前存在于高压变频器中的强电磁干扰、绝缘复杂等技术问题,利用光纤电流检测抗电磁干扰能力强、完全电气隔离等优点,在光纤电流传感器原理的基础上,研究一种适用于高压变频器的基于法拉第磁光效应偏振态调制的全光纤电流检测系统,改进目前高压变频器电流检测环节。该研究应用高圆双折射光纤有效抑制光纤中固有的线性双折射,通过改进双光路检测结构简化检测系统,经过理论分析和实验证明高圆双折射光纤电流检测系统线性度良好,且实时性好,适用于高压变频器。
A simple-structure optic-fiber current measurement system based on Faraday effect, applied to high voltage frequency converter, is presented under the principle of optic-fiber current sensors, aiming to solve the actual problems of high voltage frequency converter, such as insulation and Electro Magnetic Interference.The sensing fiber is Highly Circularly Birefringent Fiber(HCBF) to eliminate the residual linear bi-refringent. The configuration of system was simplified by improving the double optical circuit.The theoretical analyses and results of experiment Droved the linearity and the performance of real-time of the HCBF current measure system, and the application in high voltage converter.
