摘要
依据波动光学理论计算了微透镜单元的点扩散函数和像场分布,结果表明:在一定近似下,薄透镜的脉冲响应为光瞳函数的傅里叶变换;像平面的场为物平面的场与脉冲响应的卷积.当光瞳有限时,衍射效应对于像场分布有着较大影响,它使得像场中的精细结构变得模糊甚至无法分辨.此结果对于分析微透镜阵列的光学性能有一定的借鉴意义.
The Point-Spread-Function(PSF) and image filed distribution function of microlens ware calculated,what was based on wave optics in this paper.The result showed that the PSF of thin lens was fourier transformation of the aperture of the diaphragm,and image filed distribution function was convolution of matter filed distribution function and PSF.With aperture of the diaphragm limited, the image filed was affected by diffraction.It caused the fine structure of image filed thicken.The result conduced to analyzing optical properties of microlens arrays also.
