摘要
采用沉淀-熔盐法得到了立方晶系的类球状纳米CeO2粉体,并通过XRD,TEM,BET和TG等分析手段对材料形貌和性能进行了表征,并对反应过程进行了研究。结果表明,将烧结温度控制在500~800℃的温度范围内,可以相应得到晶粒尺寸9.5~105 nm的CeO2粉体,对应的比表面积为105~9.3 m2.g-1。沉淀-熔盐法简便、易行,适用于纳米CeO2粉体的工业化生产。
The nano-crystalline CeO_2 powders with cubic structure were synthesized with the deposition-molten salt method.The characters of these materials were analyzed by ways of XRD,TEM,BET and TG,etc.The reaction process was studied.By controlling the calcination temperature to the range of 500~800 ℃,different CeO_2 powders are successfully synthesized with the corresponding crystal sizes of 9.5~105 nm and specific surface of 105~9.3 m^2·g^(-1).The molten salt method is easy,cheap,and available to industrialized nano-crystalline CeO_2 powders production.
