摘要
为了研究稀土元素对正常肝细胞和肝癌细胞的低促高抑作用浓度的差别,采用MTT法测定CeCl3和PrCl3在不同浓度和不同培养基下对L02细胞和SMMC-7721细胞增殖的影响差异。结果表明:溶解稀土离子的培养液成分对细胞生长影响差异不大,不同稀土离子对L02细胞和7721细胞都有低促高抑的作用,但对7721细胞抑制的浓度比抑制L02细胞的浓度要大,因此高浓度稀土离子对正常肝细胞的毒害作用要比对肝癌细胞大。
Impacts on L02 and SMMC-7721 cells under different culture media with gradational concentration of CeCl_3 and PrCl_3 were detected By means of MTT.Results show that different culture medias for dissolving ions do not have different impacts on cell proliferation obviously.The ions inhibit the proliferation of L02 and 7721 cells at high concentrations,whereas accelerate it at low concentrations.Higher concentration is required to inhibit 7721 cells.Hence,high concentration of rare earth ions has greater toxic effect on normal human liver cells than on human hepatoma cells.
