摘要
观察氯化镧和氯化铈对yac-1和K562细胞的作用特点,以探索其对肿瘤细胞是否具有抑制作用。取yac-1(小鼠淋巴瘤细胞)和K562(人白血病细胞),37℃,5%CO2培养到指数生长期(细胞数量为5×104),分装到不同培养瓶中,每个瓶中分别加入5,10,15,20,30,40和50μg的氯化镧及氯化铈,以细胞计数为指标,观察稀土加入后细胞增殖的特性。稀土加入后各剂量组均呈现出细胞先增殖后抑制的现象。氯化镧和氯化铈对yac-1和K562细胞具有一定的抑制增殖作用。
Investigated the inhibition effects of lanthanum chloride and cerium chloride in yac-1 and K_(562) of tumor cells.The yac-1 and K_(562) cells were incubated at the condition of 37 ℃ with 5%CO_2,when it became to an exponential phase,cells were separated to different culture bottles(Initial cell count 5×10~4),lanthanum chloride and cerium chloride were added with the dose of 5, 10,15,20,30,40 and 50 μg respectively,the proliferous characteristic of cells was observed by cell counts.Experimental results show that cell counts for both rare earth compounds in various dose groups have proliferous stage at the initial period,and then become an inhibition.Lanthanum chloride and cerium chloride inhibits the proliferation of yac-1 and K_(562) cells.
