摘要
介绍了高密度合金W-Ni-Mn液相烧结的实验过程,并对烧结体密度和显微组织进行了测试和分析,发现Mn能够降低烧结温度和细化晶粒,但其高氧化性对合金的烧结工艺和性能影响显著。
Experiment process of liquid-phase-sintering of high-density W-Ni-Mn alloy was introduced.By measuring and analyzing sinter′s density and microstructure,it shows that manganese can lower the sintering temperature and refine grains,but its relatively stronger oxidated tendency affects badly process and performance of W-Ni-Mn alloy.
