高压TIG焊钨极的失效分析

摘要 建立了高压焊接模拟试验装置,该模拟装置主要有高压环境气体调配储罐、高压焊接试验舱、高压气体管路系统、全位置自动焊机、焊接过程高速摄像系统、舱内场景与焊接过程监控系统和高压环境气体测控系统七部分组成。在模拟试验舱中进行了高压TIG焊试验,分析了影响高压焊接钨极失效的因素,建立了高压TIG焊钨极失效的故障树,对故障树进行了定性和定量分析,找出它的最小割集,计算出事件的结构重要度系数。在此基础上,提出了防止钨极失效的措施。 The high-pressure welding simulative examination equipment was fabricated.It is composed of high-pressure environment gas preparing tank,high-pressure welding habitat,high-pressure gas pipeline system,all-position automatic welding machine,high-speed photographing system of welding process,watch system to the scene in the habitat and welding process,and measuring and controlling system to the high-pressure envionment gas.The TIG examination was done in the high-pressure simulative examination equipment.The factors that influence tungsten failure were analyzed,and then a fault tree of tungsten failure was constructed.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis to the fault tree to find its minimal cutset,the event′s structure significance degree coefficients were calculated,based on which measures of preventing tungsten failure were pointed out.
