摘要
矿业是国民经济的基础,关系到经济社会发展的方方面面;论述了矿产勘查与开发中存在着诸多有待解决的问题,它影响并制约着矿产勘查与开发的可持续发展战略;提出了要改变这种不利现状,必须坚持以科学的发展观来指导矿产勘查与开发事业,实现可持续发展战略。
Mineral resources are foundations of the national economy concerning every aspects of socio-economic development. But a lot of problems exiting in mineral prospecting and development are to solve in the future, which are influencing and restricting the sustainable development strategy of mineral prospecting and development. So, in order to change such unfavorable situation, the scientific concept of development must be upheld to guide the undertaking of minerals prospecting and development and realize the sustainable development strategy.
