摘要
介绍了在军事领域中基于Pentium M的移动计算机体系结构设计时PCB的主要规则,确定了层叠设计规则,对平行信号线间的串扰引入了仿真讨论,同时提出了时序长度匹配规则,为缩小主板面积、改进制作工艺提供了可行的方法。
This paper introduces the main PCBrules based on Pentium Mfor mobile computer ar-chitecture in military area,settles rules of layout,inducts si mulate discussion to crosstalk of paralle-ling transmissionlines,adverts the matching rules of ti me length,and offers an execution way to re-duce motherboard area andi mprove making process.
